Agent activity execution failed, when manual activity run is success.
Manual activity execution is success but with agent is failed. SMA shows a NullPointerException. Attached the log file and SMA exception.
What could be the reason for agent failure?
PRPC version - 7.2
Agent is configured for appropriate access group and is Advanced with No Authentication.

Thank you for your responses, Basavaraj and Madhuri. The issue was debugged and I found the root cause - one of the step pages was not given correctly. After rectifying, activity is being picked up by agent successfully.

Could you please trace the agent and provide the agent tracer. The logs snippet will not be of much help for the issue.

The error details provided are not sufficient to comment on the issue. Can you please provide more details?
