Agent Not performing the task but agent activity working fine when run stand alone

Hi,

I have an agent which is configured as standard with a schedule of 30 seconds. When i am running the agent activity stand-alone, it is working but when the agent is running, it is not performing the operation. I tried to trace the agent from SMA but it showed Page cannot be displayed. What can be the possible reason for agent not working?

Hi,

I am not sure which access group you are referring to. Check the attachment. The configuration remains same for agent only thing is you need to change the mode.
