Unable to install stand alone Pega Browser Extension

Hi,

I need help for installing stand alone Pega Browser Extension for existing 19.1 runtime users. I am trying to install PBE by extracting PegaBrowserExtensionSetup.exe from 19.1.119 runtime installation package folder and putting it into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Robot Runtime" folder. I am running this exe in "Run as Administrator" mode. But after running this exe nothing happens. Am I missing something?

@SudR5222 The installation should bring up a Wizard screen. I have not experienced this before with the PBE installer. I have seen some machines get blocked from installing anything via security software. I would check your event logs to see if maybe there is some sort of security alert that is blocking the installer. You might also restart your machine and retry the installation to see if that makes a difference. If none of those work, you should open an incident with our support team, and they can take a look at your machine.
