Pega Browser Extension is not working for chrome in 19.1.118 pega robotic version
Hi @ThomasSasnett ,
We have installed 19.1.118 runtime and Pega browser extension, also did all the group policy setting along with register key setting's , In chrome Browser extensions we can see Pega robotic automator is installed successfully but when we are trying to launch the runtime getting below pop up error.
Failed to connect to messagingHost within given timeframe of 60 seconds.
We also installed the latest pega robotic studio version i.e. 22.1.17 and try to use PBE but still getting same error,
From the logs we identified that messaging host service is not starting up .
And we are using citrix environment to access these runtime and studio.
Can you please help us with same.

@AbhishekB4801 I suspect that you have some security software blocking the messaging host. This is typically the problem when it is properly configured. If you cannot identify the software which is blocking it, I would suggest opening a support request to get some hands-on assistance.
