Unable to launch the LSA 7.1.9 Exercise System

I tried downloading the Exercise System for PEGA CLSA 7.1.9 and launched it using Virtual Box. On running the VM instance, I can see the URL, but when I try to navigate to the URL from any browser, the request times out.

I have tried to ping the IP address that is displayed in the VirtualBox console, and that seems to work, meaning that the server is up. Can someone please guide me as to what is going wrong here?
