Unable to launch Downloaded exercise systems on Virtual Box

I'm unable to launch any exercise system in Oracle VM Virtual Box.I'm using latest version of Virtual Box(5.2.18). I've attached the screenshots of the error messages I'm getting while trying to launch the exercise systems. Please help me to resolve this.
