Unable to download LSA exercise system

Hi TEam,

I am getting "Failed -Forbidden" after downloading the OVA file.

What additional steps I need to follow to successfully download this file.

Help/Information is much appreciated.

Can you describe the step you are following to download the exercise system? Please make sure to follow the instructions listed in the Virtual Machine Users Guide. If you can provide me some additional screenshots of what are are experiencing I'll do my best to help with your issue.
