Launching Exercise System fails

In "Creating a New Application -> Exercise" when clicking the hyperlink "Open Exercise system" a new I.E. window will open, but the window, minus the header is blank. I see a black stripe with "PegaACADEMY Exercise System" and a white body.

Unable to progress further.

I have tried to launch the exercise system with 3 browsers on two machines, all behave the same way. A coworker is able to access the exercise system normally. Seems specific to my user account.
