Unable to launch Pega Academy Exercise System

I am trying to launch the Pega Academy Exercise System from the CSSA 8 course. Everytime I get below message but it never opens it even after waiting for long time or launching it after some time.

Message is as below on the launch screen.

Your exercise system is being created now; this may take 5 to 7 minutes to complete. This window will refresh when your system is ready - please stand by.
