I get the pop-up but it only shows the below text. Is it currently down?

I am actually using Version: 7.4, 7.3, Not 7.2.  I tried it on both my work laptop (which worked in the past) and my personal laptop.  

I am able to get into 7.2, as well.  However, I am 64% done on the 7.4, 7.3 version.
