This could be as simple as a popup blocker. Make sure you allow pop ups windows for at least the online exercise environment.

I too have the same issue.. But popup blocker has been disabled still I have issue..

I wonder if maybe this is a network congestion issue.

I just logged into this course and am able to open the exercise system.

Out of curiosity, I am using Chrome (OS X). What browser are you using?

Check your access to the online exercise environment again. I just tested the open the exercise system link for this course and it is working for me.

It is working for me now! Using IE browser.

It is good to know this is working for you now.

for what it's worth, you should be able to use Chrome, Firefox, and even Safari.

My proxy settings are all good. even the popup IE is opening , but without any Pega screen, infact after few seconds the screen is hsowing Unable to display the page (default error of ie)

would you be able to try using Chrome - or some other browser?

also, what version of IE are you using?
