Exercise System is not opening

The exercise system is not opening in the browser showing that wrong credentials and credentials not recognized

Please help me to resolve this problem

Please provide more details?

For example, confirm you are using the VM or the cloud system. does the Pega 7 login screen display in your browser? What login credentials are you using?

I am using the cloud based exercise environment, I am clicking on open exercise system link and it is going to the user id and password screen. And when i try to give my pega academy user id and password its not recognizing. Can you please help.

Try clearing your browser cache, closing out of the browser, and re-opening the exercise system from the "Open exercise system" link in the course.
