issues in the opening of the exercise system

Good morning,

I am following the first part of the online course of Pega (Pega Platform Foundation) and I have problems when I try to open the exercise system. In particular, there is an issue in the loading of Pega virtual machine in the browser. I tried 3 browsers and the problem is the same. (The pop-ups of Pega are not blocked).

I tried downloading the Exercise System for PEGA CLSA 7.1.9 and launched it using Virtual Box. On runnig the VM instance, I can see the URL, but when I try to navigate to the URL from any browser, the request times out.

I have tried to ping the IP address that is displayed in the VirtualBox console, and that seems to work, meaning that the server is up. Can someone please guide me as to what is going wrong here?
