Unable to open "Open Exercise System" Link

When I tried to open after each chapter nothing opens up

I need to take the certification exam so can you help on how to launch exercise system and Practice?

Make sure you do not have a popup blocker on. Also, try from outside your company firewall. Your company may be blocking the site.
