Exercise System not working in Academy

Attempting to open exercise system and getting the following;

Image removed.
Status fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available

I also cannot launch pega exercise system and getting the below error.

can you please help in getting this issue resolved ASAP.
