Trouble with importing product jar files in V6.3
After uninstalling Pega V7.1, I installed V6.3, . I imported application product jar file I previously developed in V6.3. But I am unable to login using any of the operator ids I created in that application. As a matter of fact, none of those operator ids appear in the operator id list. But the rulesets from that application are listed though. I really need to get this application working asap. Can someone please help ?

It seems that when you packaged the application you did not include the operator_ids as part of the Product rule. When the jar was created that information was not included. I am assuming you have logged into the system using the Administrator password and that is how you are able to see the operator_id list. If the 6.3 system is still up I would recreate the Product file and create a new jar including the data objects you would like to migrate. If it is not available you will need to recreate the operators.

Thanks for the response. I created new operator ids and was able to login using new credentials. But, when I try to run any flow, I get the error message -
