Import Large Product jar
Hello,
The product.jar I want to import to Pega 7.1.8 from Pega 7.1.7 is sized 514 Mo. So the import from the import wizard is not possible.
In Migration courses it's said "use FTP or another means to place the file in the ServiceExport directory" but where is that directory located?
Please guide me with this import.
PS: I'm using JBOSS server

C:\Program Files\EAP-6.2.0\jboss-eap-6.2\standalone\tmp\work\jboss.web\default-host\prweb\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport

Do a search for “ServiceExport”. On my instance using Tomcat the path is C:\pega\prpc718\_dev\workspace\Servers\Tomcat70_Default-config\work\Catalina\localhost\prweb\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport
It should be nested within wherever your Pega temp folder was configured under the StaticContent directory
For example, I set up mine in a structure like below
C:\PRPC_Temp\tomcat-7.0.42_PRPC_63_SP1\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport
I used Tomcat obviously, so yours may be a little different. I believe Nicholas Loving configured a JBOSS server recently.
He might be able to give you his example as well.
