"Jar files to include" option in Product rules

Does this "Jar files to include" option query the pr_engineclass table? Currently, it is not showing me any results in the product rule when click on "Query" button. I need this to bring a list of Jars I imported in system, to be migrated to higher environments. Let me know if any configuration is missing.

it does query pr_engineclasses table, but this lists only 3rd party jars (e.g., all jars with codeset of 'pega-engine' will not be listed).
