Rule Forms are not loading properly in PEGA 7

Hi,

 

I'm trying to acess a PEGA 7.1.6 instance which is running on VMWARE application. However all the rule forms are not loading properly.

 

Does somebody faced this problem. If yes, please let me know the process to resolve this.

clearing temp folder/cache and truncating cache tables help?

also please check if PZDELETEORPHANSTATICCONTENT ootb agent is enabled.

Hi N.,

Make sure you are not running Internet Explorer in “Compatibility View” Mode.  Also, try rebooting your workstation.  You may also want to try using another browser like Chrome, FireFox, or Safari.
