i still think IT clients are not ready for Enterprise ecosystem that matches AI world. Most of the people are thinking about deterministic policies ,workflows and automation but real enterprises doesn't work like that. we have to make IT clients ready for AI by modifying there data into RDBMS + vector DB + LLM interactions.  Just interacting from Pega to LLMs will not solve real world business problems its just a policy checking any experienced BA can do without them from IT client knowledge base and repository. Future enterprise software will have BA assistant at IT clients end who work on live data ( palantir is more suited for that ) . pega cloud should adopt some soroco kind of mindset to take human inputs and assist BA's through process mining. still CEO's like live data and probabilistic simulation in board room and pega needs to communicate with palantir which is a full AI platform in AWs cloud.
