Looking at the current trend of AI advancement we can start imagining the pega platform to offer group chat facilities for brain storming by different stack holders at different stages of client life cycle management. Pega Experienced AI chat bot can be a moderator , Advisor, planner etc. for inception , design , execution , moving to production. Group chat will reduce lot of ego clashes in the team environment especially while handling critical SR calls. pega resources might be at different levels and come with different set of experiences and offer variety of solutions but chatbots will give a matured integrated view on the issue.
