Hi,

 I am trying to send Bell notification to the user belongs to different application with different access group. the user is not getting notification. I then switched the same user to the access group that points to the same application as mine . I can see the notification present here.

How to send the cross application push notifications ? my Notification rule, web gadget section rule are in the Org level ruleset .
