Not able to login using operator id of a particular access group.
I created an access group in my application and created operator ids for that access group, but I am not able to login with the created operator id. Although the login for the operators of other access groups (Manager) is working fine.
I am getting the following error:
There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Status: fail
Operator: Unauthenticated or not available
Node: No ID available

Did you change the password and try for that particular operator?
Did you try switching the application to the other access group from the manager or so by adding this access group?, If yes did you see any error messages there.

Hi, Kanapz thanks for your reply. Yes, I tried by changing the password and also creating another operator id for that access group but I am not able to log in.
And also log in with other access-group other than manager like that for an administrator is working fine.

The best way is to create, access group by saving it from another similar access group. And edit it as required.
This will ensure that all connected roles, portals,application, work pools are correctly added.
