Wrong Access Group in WorkLink URL
WorkLink URL has its access group from WorkLink Fragment using below code:
tools.putSaveValue("Accessgroup",tools.findPage("AccessGroup").getString("pyAccessGroup"));
I'm send an email to an operator when I create an Assignment. My access group is inserted in the URL instead of the assignee's Access Group.

That is the default I would say. As the email is being sent with your requestor it will pull the access group from there (with that snippet you posted above)
Why do you want to add the access group to that link? Is the default access group for that operator (receiving the email) not working in your case?

What if the assignee has assess group 'AssigneeAccessGroup' and I have 'AssignerAccessGroup' ?
