Opening Proper application case from Worklink when user having more than one access group clicks the worklink
There are few users in our system who have access to more than one application which is hosted on the same Pega PRC instances. They are switching applications from the work portal and working on cases.
There is a scenario when an assignment gets assigned to them email is being sent out with the assignment link by making use of WorkLink control. Now whenever the user clicks the link its always opening up the default application. Since the item doesn't belong to that workpool it doesn't open anything. Is there way to allow the user to open the case of additional access groups application.

Generally operator will have access to Applications through Access groups. If Customer has access to two applications, he should have 2 access groups.
Let suppose you have access to first application thourgh first access group, and he has assignment link in email like below (sencond application assignment) then he can access the assignment unless he does not specify any restrictions throguh previleges and roles.
Attaching the document to restriction, I hope in your case it is reverse. So Kindly check your access group permissons whether you have mentioned like in the document
