Setting up user groups where a user belongs to more than one group
We have a requirement where
- Users would be added to a groups. A user inturn can belong to more than one user group.
- Adding users to user groups and removing them will be delegated to the admin users of the application.
- Based on the user groups the work items in the workbaskets would be filtered and displayed.
Is there any OOTB way of approaching this problem?

Hi Imran, Good morning!
- starting 7.2 multiple work groups can be configured at operator work tab rule form.
- delegation of operator x work group association can be managed even if it is one work group per operator.
- if it is one work group per operator - we need to dynamically get the operator from other work group and do the assign/route which is not available OOTB (my learning's with 7.1.x)
- Obj-Open [Data-Admin-Workgroup] and then set param.AssignTo OR
- Obj-Browse [Data-Admin-Operator-ID], filter by work group, find the operator to assign and then set Param.AssignTo on AssignPage
