Issue with Correspondance Fragment rule worklink in email. Did not work if user has access to more than one application.
HI,
I am using Correspondance Fragment rule Worklink to set a CaseID link in the email. User will use the case ID link in his/her email and open the assignement to work.
This works fine when the user has access to one Application and try to open the Case ID for that application fron the email.
But I see there is an issue when the user has access to 2 or more application and try to open the case ID from the email that is different from his defaultapplication/accessgroup.
eg: User1 has access to Apps ABC and XYZ. His default accessgroup in his operator ID record refers to ABC access group.
If this user get an email with the Case ID link belong to XYZ and the user try to open the case from email link then it throws the error XYZ's Flow cannot be found.
I suspect this is because the user's default access group belongs to ABC but it tries to open XYZ's case.
Is there a solution for this?
Let me know if the above explanation is clear or it need more information.
Thanks
Jana
