I have a requirement where in I need to open a link to the work object from an email sent to the end user. The user will click on the link get redirected to the Pega url, enter his/her credentials and the case should open in review harness and on the review harness would be a link to open the assignment and the user can work on it/take action on it. I have customise the ootb correspondance fragment Worklink to use the activity pyMobileSnapStart and setting the param pyShowFullPortal to true. With this the case is opening in review and the assignment is also opening but none of the on click events are firing. There is nothing on the tracer. On setting the pyShowFullPortal to false the assignment actions are working but the portal left pane is missing and every thing is opening in a new window.
