worklink fragment is not working as expected
At the time of development when we click on the case id link in email, as the case is in same session we are able to see the case in review mode.
When ever the case is opened from Email in new session, it is not opening and it is asking for credentials and after providing credentials it is failing we are getting the below error.

You must be implementing this through DWA, right? Review the below article for help:

What type of authentication (LDAP,SiteMinder)mechanism you implemented in your application .
Is the case link opened by an external user or a pega operator .
DWA implementation is for external users .
Share us the log files to have a look .
