Service Package Access group issue for Listener in 6.3 SP1 is taking default access group instead of Custom access group
@Service Package has been defined with Custom access group, in spite of that, when Listener runs, it tries to find activity rules in Default access group i.e. Unauthenticated instead of Custom access group in PRPC 6.3 SP1 version. Found below errors in the logs....
Requestor with ID:AD390627EFF27DB87ED1FA77602F16C16 in the pool for service package XXXX has a default access group: PegaRULES:Unauthenticated that does not match service package access group ZZZZ

Hi Satish, Good Morning!
- could we confirm the access group configured at Service Package rule from its rule form & also from its XML rule form
- would deleting the service package rule and re-creating be a convincing attempt to learn the behavior?

Hello Phani, good morning
The Custom access group referred in the Existing service package in both forms.
I did create a new service package and referred as well but it didn't resolve this issue and same issue happened with new service package as well.

- what is the execution mode?
- what is the service type configured?
- what happened when attempted to quick test the rule from Actions button --> Run using Requester context option.

Presently, we face the same issue in our application. Could you let us know how it got resolved , did you import Hot Fix or did you try any other alternatives to resolve it.
