Its time for pega platform to adopt new models for learning and encouraging Pega ecosystem for rewards. Even partners with short term contracts and projects can't afford certifications because AI is learning to quickly and people can get answers in frontier models. its time to revamp Acadmic programs for Partners to make there expenditure valuable in terms of certifications , COE time spending for learning Models , Client IT and BA assistants are there. Ultimately Clients , partners needs to feel good about there expenditure in skilling resources across infra, people and COE team
