Hi Saikat Thank you for your query. Do you notice the same issue if you create Offers in Issues and Groups that do not have spaces? (e.g. Sales->Plans or Sales->Handsets, instead of Cross Sells->Home Cover). By the way, can you clarify if you are facing this issue on one of the exercise systems that you downloaded from Pega Academy? If not, then I suggest that you please post this on the Decisioning and Marketing space on Mesh. Regards Guru

Thanks very much for the prompt response. I am facing the issue in the practice PVS environment only. And I am able to create the offer if there is no space, it is working fine. Offer under Sales-Handset is working fine.

Hi Saikat Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this is a known limitation as of today - you must not create issues and groups with a space in its short description, in Pega Marketing. Although the issue or group is created successfully, you'll face issues later (as you have discovered) when trying to create Offers. To fix the current problem, you must remove the space from the short description of the issue and group SR classes (e.g. NBAM-SR-SALES-*). As you won't be able to access the App Explorer from the NextBestActionStudio, you have to use the search feature to find the class. Alternatively, you can log-in as MarketingAdministrator@PegaNBAM/install to gain access to App Explorer. Hope this helps. Regards Guru
