Multiple subcases for single Parent is created by Agent

Hi All,

I have an agent which is mainly for creating subcases for the parent case.It is running in multiple nodes. I am facing an issue like there are more than one subcase is created for a single parent case. I could see notes in the history for the same time period. Agent type is standard and AQM is enabled for the same in PEGA 7.1. What could be the issue for the more than one case for same parent case? Is there any locking issue is happening while processing the requests?
