Can somebody confirm something for me please.
Inbound emails quiz:
How is an incoming email reply linked to an existing case? (Choose One)
(a) Using the work object ID in the subject of the email
(b) Using a unique ID in the Message-ID field in the email header
(c) Using the email address in the Reply-To field in the email header field
(d) Using the email address in the from field in the email header

When an email is sent from a Pega 7 application and the recipient replies, that email reply message can be attached to the original case.
Pega 7 creates a unique ID in the Message-ID field in the email header of outbound emails.
"This ID is used to route any reply messages to the appropriate case."
Is it possible to confirm which is correct, they are both available as choices and when checking answers it looks like b) is correct.
