Inbound Email - DSN - Work Object Creation
Hi,
I have created a service email that will create a work object. The email listener has also been configured. The work objects are getting created correctly.
But the work objects are created even for DSN emails. I have verified that the Process DSNs in Process Tab in Email Listener rule is unchecked.
Can you please let me know if I have to do any other setting.

So if you want to Process DSN messages (Handle a DSN response) then check the box "Process DSNs".
If you want the DSN message to be ignored (work object created successfully) then Un-Check the box,
Ensure the Process DSNs checkbox is set correctly for your use.

I want the DSN message to be ignored, so I have unchecked the box. But still, the work objects are being created for DSN messages.

Hi Prasanna
Unless the DSN messages are handled they will continue to process exactly the same as if a DSN hasn't occurred. If you want to ignore them Tick the box to catch the DSN but do not configure how to handle these Messages.
Which CLSA exercise is this issue appearing?
