Setting Maximum Email Size for Inbound Email
we have four listeners in our application. So, we thought of using DSS which will be applicable for all Email listeners
Option 1: We tried and it is not working
Owning rule-set : Pega-IntSvcs
Purpose: Services/EmailMaxSize
Option 2: We tried and it is not working
Owning rule-set: Pega-Engine
Purpose: prconfig/services/emailMaxSize/default
Can someone suggest, how to set DSS?

As per this article below DSS should work
Owning rule-set: Pega-Engine
Purpose: prconfig/services/emailMaxSize/default
However if your observing it’s not working please enable debug for the logger EmailListener and let us provide the logs for review .

Hello Rajasekhar,
Can you please check if you have given any value to the Maximum Email Size (KB) field on the process tab of the email listeners form?
I am asking this because a value entered in this field overrides the value specified in the configuration setting prconfig/services/emailMaxSize/default.

There are chances when your EmailMaxSize is getting configured but it's failing due to other issues.

Hello Rajasekhar,
My colleague Arun replied on Jan 1 saying, restart is required after setting the DSS.
Please try that and check whether the issue is resolved, otherwise please share us the logs for review.

Query: We have set "email/fetchsize" DSS and not restarted. Can we find some place in PDN to get the list of DSS required Server restart.
