IE not showing the design studio properly

Hi there, 

My IE is ver 11. The guide says the exercise(NBAME) should be doen in IE 9 or higher but mine shows broken structure like below whearse it looks fine on Chrome. Can't it be done on Chrome?

You ran into a known issue.

If you are running Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or 11 for PRPC 5.x and PRPC 6.x portals and applications, user interface elements might not load or might display incorrectly. For PRPC 5.x and PRPC 6.x, both Developer and User portals require Internet Explorer to run in quirks mode.
