Missing Case Designer Studio
Hi,
I have completed 65% of course by practicing the given exercises. Now I lost everything, I could log into CASE MANAGER portal with the credentials mentioned in the course, But I could not find case designer studio and all of the work I did. Please help me ASAP.

The course system will reset itself if you haven't logged in through the PEGA Academy site after 15 days.

Hey Bill, Thank you for responding.
Is there any way I could fix the issue immediately. I do not have 15 days of time to wait. Please let me know if there is any solution available to fix.

There is no fix. You have to rebuild the entire application. I can only assume you did not access the exercise enviroment from PEGA Academy for a period longer than 15 days. Your training enviroment gets reset after a period of 15 days.

I have been accessing the exercise everyday, I never took a break for 15 days. However, When I login I find Manager portal instad of developer portal, which is the real issue I need solution for.

What username and password are you using? What error message do you get when you try to log into the Case Designer Studio. Also, please tell me the username and password you are using to log into the Case Designer Studio.

Below are the credentials I used to log in
USERNAME : LeadArchitect
Password : password
and it logs into Case Manager Portal rather than Development portal (Case Designer Studio).

Try to log in as:
username: Admin@mainco
password: rules
Find the access group for the User LeadArchitect and make sure that user has both portals. If the user has both portals in the access group then the user is set up correctly.
Check the access group and make sure you have access to both portals.
