not able to switch to designer studio
Hello
I am using PEGA 7.3 For CAPSTONE EXERCISE: DESIGNING A CASE LIFE CYCLE, I changed the role of operator id author.reserveit to case worker. So I am not able to switch to designer studio.
Could you please help me in resolving this issue.

Hello,
the operatorID "user.reserveit" is not configured to swap portals.
You have to log off and log back in as a different operator.

Thanks for reply. I tried by log off and login with the user.reserveit but case worker portal only opening.
Can you please suggest with which different operator can I try?
For reference, please see the link below which I got from cloud and tried with user.reserveit as username and rules as password
It is showing me case worker portal and not able to switch to Designer studio. But previously I able to switch to designer studio

Hello,
Sorry but this was not using the operator "user.reserveit". I checked your system and this operator ID is the original one pointing to only one access group pointing to only one portal. Like any brand new system.
You modified "author.reserveit" and created "author.reserve". Maybe you are referring to these operators.
login as "admin.reserveit" and check your configuration. Record explorer / Organization / OperatorID
I didn't touch "author.reserve" and reverse back "author.reserveit" to its original settings.

I changed through author.hrapps user then it got worked for me.
Could you please provide password for admin.reserveit as I didn't get in documentation
