Not able to see Next Best Action settings in Designer Studio

Hi All,

After deployment of Pega Marketing product, I was not able to see the Next Best Action setting in the latest version of Pega marketing. Do we need to deploy additional packages/ additional settings? (or) Is Next Best Action settings deprecated in the latest version of Pega marketing?

Any suggestions?

The PegaMarketingNBAA app (lets call it Legacy) is a older version of Next Best Action Advisor and the new NBAA has been re-architected to be built on top of Customer Service.  The  Pega Marketing for Communications v7.31 is using the new NBAA on Customer Service as the legacy version is retired and there is no active development being done on it though it is supported incase of any issues/bugs. 

Out recommendation is to consider and plan moving to the new NBAA application which will require some re-implementation as it involves significant architectural changes.

Hi

I would guess, the NBAA setting would come when you log into the NBAA portal.

Have you also upgraded the NBAA application to NBAA 7.31?

check the operator's access group whether the required portal is defined there.

Hi Manu,

The PegaMarketingNBAA built-on app has been decoupled from Pega Marketing for Communications v7.3.1.

I was able to view the Next Best Action settings in Designer Studio after adding the PegaMarketingNBAA Application.
