Pega Designer Studio is not showing the menus with right alignment- IE 11

I opened a dev environment in IE 11, alignment seems to incorrect. But I opened QA enviroment, it works fine. How to correct the dev environment. Did I miss any plugins here. How to check. This is the first time I am opening both Dev and QA url in client machine. Tracer, Clickboard are pushed to right corner. Do I need to change anything in Internet option . Can you please help

I suggest you trace both and compare.   For starters, compare the righthand column in tracer to verify that the ruleset version of each rule used is the same in both environments.

Also, check for any private checkouts in one env and not the other for your login.

Lastly (but maybe firstly!), clear browser cache before the experiment just in case that makes a difference.
