How to disable Interaction History in strategy ?

Hi All,

 

I have a question about interaction history where we will use in the strategy. If we run the interaction it will invoke the corresponding strategy defined in that rule and write the results to either clipboard or database table as per the configuration defined and capture the Interaction History. 

My question is can we disable Interaction History capturing by unchecking the Enable Interaction History ?

Thanks a lot for your post.

The "Enable Interaction History" check box has nothing to do with capturing Interaction History.

In the Interaction History tab, check the Enable Interaction History option to bring results stored in Interaction History to the strategy as specified in the conditions and properties settings.
