Accessing Interaction History Summaries in strategy
Hi All,
I am using Pega CDH 8.8, and I am trying to access an interaction history summary within the strategy framework in the Data-Decision-Request-Customer class.
It returns no results, however I know the customer has IH records. I have tried using an embedded strategy mapped to .Customer, but with no luck.
Any thoughts?

Can you please check 'pyIHSummary' data set, run it and check if you are getting results. If you are getting results here then you should be able to get it in strategy too.

@AndrewW40 IH Summary takes pySubjectID and SubJectType as keys, hence is no need to keep them under .Customer context in an embedded strategy, instead, verify the IH summary data set by running standalone with subject id. if you see results there but not in strategy, post the image of the stratgey here
