Unable to Extend Interaction History
Steps I follwed:
1.I created two properties in Fact class and same matching properties in Application SR class also.
2.MKTInteractionHistoryExtension Saved this Datatransform to my application artifacts ruleset.
3. pyInteractionHistoryConfiguration Saved this Datatransform to my application artifacts ruleset.
4. Added the properties in both datatransforms.
Still I am not able to see the added properties in interaction history. Is there any other steps I need to follow?

@VenkataBhargaviG Can you please confirm which version of Platform and Customer Decision Hub are you using? if it is on 8.8, is it an existing implementation updated to 8.8 or a new implementation created on 8.8?
Also, where are you looking to confirm if the property is getting populated?

@RaghuShankhawaram I am using pega 8.8.
I am checking in report browser-> Interaction history report. I am able to get the interactions in InteractionFiles dataset. But 0 records in report browser-> Interaction history report.
Extended Fields also like they getting capture in InteractionFiles dataset. But nothing is visible in report browser-> Interaction history report.
I am trying to capture the interactions using Customer profile viewer and Capture response service also in both cases report is empty. In this dataset InteractionFiles records available.
What might be the issue for not getting data in report.

@VenkataBhargaviG Starting from release 8.8, Pega saves Interaction History Data and optionally Decision results to a file repository and not in the RDBMS table. If you are upgrading to 8.8 from a previous version then it will continue to use the RDBMS table to store the information but a new install on 8.8 will use the file repository. I am guessing yours is a new install.
I would recommend you look at the following documentation.
