Cases view in Explorer remains empty

On Pega 7.1.6 the Cases view part of the Explorer pane on the left seems broken for Internet Explorer. While I have defined several case types by now, some including sub cases, this tab remains empty. Perhaps some getElementById on the DOM is failing here?

I keep switching browsers depending on the feature I need access to. That can't be right.

Has this particular issue with the treeview for "CASE TYPES" been resolved in a newer release of the Pega 7 platform?

Edgar,

Sorry to hear that you are having the issue with IE.  What version of IE are you using.  Also what other browsers have you tried where this feature worked.
