I have created one case type. It was showing in Case explorer and after some days it is not showing there. I have refreshed and did log offs many time but no luck. Even I have checked some points and solutions given in Pega PDN posts but still no luck.

It could happen when the casetypes gets hidden in the application.
Application Name -> Open Application -> Cases & Data (tab) -> under CaseTypes.
Check the case types you want to appear in case explorer, if not found add it manually. -> Save -> Logoff -> Login again.

I checked this and case type is there in Cases & Data tab. Even I have tried removing and adding it again but still not appearing. Not able to understand where is the issue, it suddenly stop appearing.
Any other suggestion or advice would be appreciated.
