Case Type is not showing Up in Insights
In Insights Explore data button, Case types are not showing up. only pega OOTB options only showing. Do we need to enable any option to show the case types?

can you check if the following criteria is satisfied for the case type you want to see under explore data.
- The default list data page for a given class doesn’t have any parameters
- The default list data page has exactly one Data Source that is a report definition

I had a similar issue in 24.1. I had to log off and log in to populate the Case types and Data pages in the App Studio -> Explore Data.
