Case Type is not showing Up in Insights for branch application
In Insights Explore data button, Case types are not showing up in the branch application.
only the pega OOTB options are showing, but in the main application all is case types are showing correctly.
We have done some precheck
1. Branch application alias doesn't contain any special characters.
2. All case types are configured properly in cases & data tab
Please let us know if we want to check any other points also.
