Case Type not displayed in Case explorer

Hi,

I have followed below steps

  1. Initially I have created the application using application express.
  2. Created manually new work type class "POC" i.e. SAE-HRServices-Work-POC.
  3. Created manually new starter flow "SAE-HRServices-Work-POC • pyDefaul".
  4. Created manually new case type rule "SAE-HRServices-Work-POC.pyDefaul" and called pyDefaul flow from case type rule.

When I go to Case explorer, I am not able to see new case type ctreated in above steps.

Please guide me, if I am missing any step.

I seem to recall having a similar problem, so I clicked "cases" in left margin to show the case explorer, and then I used either click or right-click (I forget which) on the case explorer and chose "add subcase" and there was a question that popped up that asked whether I was adding one that already existed, and I chose "yes" since I had already defined all the info similar to you.

I did find it a bit mysterious that I had to do that, since I thought it should show automatically.  /Eric
