What is PegaCA in Customer Service
In the customer service application i have seen class structure org as PegaCA.
What exactly is PegaCA?

I think PegaCA is the new naming convention they have given.

CA stands for Customer Advantage. Pega CA was the name of the product prior to CPM (Customer Process Manager). Now it's simply called Pega CS(Customer Service). Even though tthe name has changed, the class PegaCA-Work as the default workpool is still present. This is to ensure backwards compatibility to any customers that may have built an Application using PegaCA-Work as the parent class of their work.
